Infinit International Awards was conceived to give the Western Balkans a serious, credible and internationally recognised culinary platform — modelled on the rigour of established global awards programmes and adapted to the character of a region with one of Europe's richest gastronomic identities.
Each year, our editorial committee reviews every entry submitted to the programme. Nominees are vetted to ensure they qualify for the categories they have entered, and the resulting class of nominees is published publicly across our channels. Winners are determined by a combination of industry assessment and public vote.
We work alongside restaurants, hotels, culinary brands, festivals, voters, sponsors and media to create an annual moment that elevates regional excellence and connects it to a global audience.

Submissions to Infinit International Awards are vetted by our editorial committee before being accepted as official nominees. We verify category relevance, operating status, and regional positioning. The decision of Infinit International Awards is final, and only vetted nominees may publicise their nomination.
