Established as the regional counterpart to the international culinary awards tradition, Infinit International Awards convenes restaurateurs, chefs, hoteliers and culinary brands in a single, vetted programme of recognition. Entries are reviewed by our editorial committee, nominees are announced publicly, and winners are chosen through a combination of industry assessment and public vote.
